Workers' Compensation Attorney Wm. Todd BerryWm. Todd Berry received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University. He received his Juris Doctor from California Pacific School of Law.

Todd began his legal career working for several Bakersfield law firms representing clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Since that time, he has devoted himself to representing injured workers before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.

Todd is a member of the State Bar of California, the Kern County Bar Association, the Fresno County Bar Association and the California Applicants' Attorneys Association.

He is married and has two children.

Daniel G. Yohman

Dan Yohman is a native of Kern County. He received a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from California State University Fresno and went on to earn a Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law in Fresno.

Mr. Yohman was the founding partner of the multi-office firm of Yohman, Parker, Kern & Nard based in Fresno. He has over 25 years of legal experience centered on injury and employment matters, including workers' compensation/subrogation, personal injury and construction defect claims.

He is a former President of the California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys Association and has been a Judge Pro Tem at the Fresno Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. He is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association.

As part of a commitment to education and service to the community, Mr. Yohman has taught in the Business Law Department at Fresno City College and has been a frequent speaker in education seminars. He has also acted as a consultant for employee and employer groups for many years.

Married for over 40 years to his wife, Donna, and the father of four, Mr. Yohman has balanced the business of law and family commitments. He has coached little league baseball, basketball, and soccer, and he has sponsored sports programs from elementary age through university level. He has a love for photography and travel, and he combines the two enjoying the National Parks as an RV enthusiast.

Barbara A. Stevens

Of Counsel

Barbara Stevens obtained a Bachelor of Arts in French from California State University Northridge. She went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law.

In 1976, Ms. Stevens began  practicing workers' compensation law with the  firm of Levy, Koszdin & Woods. Thereafter she became a partner in the firm of Colaneri & Stevens, continuing to  represent  injured workers. She handled many successful appeals on reconsideration, and acted as a Judge Pro Tem at the Santa Monica and Van Nuys Workers' Compensation Appeals Boards.

In 1985, she joined the Los Angeles firm of Weling, Dowling & Gail broadening her focus to include representation of employers and insureds before numerous Workers' Compensation Appeals Boards throughout California, transferring to Sacramento in 1988. She has represented injured workers, as well as  private self-insured employers and workers' compensation insurance carriers before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. Her workers' compensation areas of practice extended to serious and willful misconduct claims, 132a discrimination claims, wage and hour claims, insurance coverage disputes, and uninsured employers. 

In 1991, Ms. Stevens left the Sacramento firm of O'Reilly, Jackson & Stevens to accept a position as a Workers' Compensation Referee. 

In 1994, she was appointed as a Workers' Compensation Judge at the Sacramento Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, and in 1995 transferred to the Bakersfield Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.

In 2004, Ms. Stevens left the Bakersfield Workers' Compensation Appeals Board and returned to private practice.

Since 2009, Ms. Stevens has been "Of Counsel" to the Law Office of Wm. Todd Berry.

During her career, Ms. Stevens has been a participating panelist at the California Applicants' Attorneys Association Conference, lecturer at P.O.S.T. training classes, a WCAB  Audit Unit Appeals Hearing Officer, and a participating panelist at the Northern California Defense Attorneys Association Conference.
